KAY(R) PROTECT(TM) is a digital checklist, food safety, and compliance management program that combines digital technology with our QSR industry knowledge and field expertise to deliver improved food safety protection and streamlined operations. With this application, the program allows for Bluetooth(TM) food temperature monitoring, customize cleaning and sanitation checklists. Reports tracking compliance and corrective actions, along with training content integrated into the application enables improved compliance any time of the day.

The user experience is further enriched and simplified with quick access to additional Ecolab tools directly from our mobile app. We have added new permissions within our in-app reporting to allow flexibility and report access by role.
